Do I have to participate in the show?
No. Audience participation is voluntary.Does the show go on if it rains?
Yes. The outdoor venue provides coverage from the rain. Therefore, shows are performed rain or shine.Is this a dinner show?
No. However, several restaurants including Smoky Mountain Brewery, Calhoun's, and Five Guys Burgers are nearby.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to show time. Seating is on a first come first serve basis.
Is the theater wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the facilities are fully accessible for individuals with special needs. If any members of your party have a wheelchair or other special needs, please make note of this when making your reservation so we may accommodate you.
Where is the show located?
Paula Deen's Lumberjack Feud is located at Traffic Light #2B at Lumberjack Square — 2530 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863.
I am bringing my toddler (younger than 3). Do I need to purchase a ticket for him/her?
Children ages 0-3 may sit on the lap of an adult during the performance. A limit of 1 lap child per paid adult applies.
Is this show appropriate for children?
Absolutely. Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud is designed to entertain audiences of all ages.
Does the theater offer parking?
Yes, there is ample free parking. Handicapped parking is available on a first come, first served basis. We recommend arriving early to secure a parking spot close to the venue.
Are visitors allowed to meet and greet the lumberjacks?
Yes, audience members may meet the lumberjacks after the show.
Are cameras, audio or video recording allowed?
Cameras are allowed during the performance, but video is strictly prohibited.
How long is the show?
The show is approximately 90 minutes long.
Are food and souvenirs available for purchase?
Yes, we have a concession stand and retail shop.
What's your weather policy?
Our covered grandstand ensures that you will stay dry, shaded, and comfortable during any type weather. Also, our jacks are tough, so shows will only be canceled in the case of severe weather which is deemed dangerous for the crowd or our lumberjacks.
